Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are interested in returning an(y) item(s), please e-mail us to let us know. We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in new and resalable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. If new item(s) has(ve) less value than the original item(s), we will send you a store credit via e-mail. If new item(s) has(ve) a greater value than the original item(s), the difference can be paid to vivazapatabags.com. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

REPAIRS

We will repair any item purchased directly from vivazapatabags.com or at one of our Events/Markets. Items purchased from one of our retail stores must be returned there. They will assist you with the repair. 

We will repair parts at no charge, or replace the product if needed, for up to one year from date of purchase. After the year, there will be a charge for repairs. The fee will be determined by the nature of the work involved, and the materials.

SHIPPING

Your item(s) will be shipped within three business days after payment is received. (Weekends and US holidays are not included in shipping times). Your order will be well packaged in a sturdy box. We are not responsible for packages in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in the mail, although we will do our best to help resolveany problems. Please make sure your address is accurate and free of errors.

We offer shipping via USPS. We ship overseas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.

International Customers:

Your item(s) will often arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after being sent. However, in some cases it is possible your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional customs fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
